The short version: our articles are general information, and no one pays us for coverage. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

Market Signal is an independent publication. We don't currently receive payments from lenders, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, developers or advertisers.
If we introduce you to anyone
We will only pass your details to a mortgage broker or any other business if you ask us to, at the time. Before you agree, we'll tell you who they are and whether we receive a fee or other benefit. We'll also update this page before any such arrangement starts.
What never influences our articles
- Our articles and market analysis don't promote particular properties, developments, lenders or loans.
- We don't take payment from developers or advertisers for coverage.
- We don't use or recommend super or SMSFs to buy property. If you are buying through super, speak to a licensed financial adviser.
How we use AI
We use AI tools for research summaries, editing, and the plain-English wording in the property strategies readers build. Strategy calculations use fixed formulas, and every article is written, checked and approved by a person.
